Exercise classes

Movement classes consist of three parts: 
Flow movement: soak the built-up tension and noise in your body as much as possible and get it moving again.
Muscle focus: specifically developed exercises with the aim of supporting your everyday movements as a human being.
Eg: stability, foot force, lifting force, pulling force, etc.
Cool down and tune in: gentle exercises to further release the remaining tension/noise.

Dance, climbing, mountaineering, pole dancing, trail running, kayaking, ... 

Saskia has the ability to sense in each individual what is important and immediately responds to this during her lessons. 
So don't expect ‘the same exercises and lesson every week. The basic exercises are repeated and supplemented with whatever comes through during the insertion that is important to the individual and the group.

To ensure depth and safety, we work in small groups and with set sequences. 

So you choose a fixed series and take the class on the same day and hour every week. See the general terms and conditions for the arrangement regarding catch-up classes.
