Our hips are our sources of strength and yet 99% of the population is disconnected from this.
In this workshop, we will look at why this is so and how to transform this reality individually and in groups to one of ‘full utilization.

Based on movement exercises, analysis of energy and guided meditation, Saskia will take you on this journey of discovery.

Important:
This workshop is not for ’tender souls. It requires an open mind and the real will to see in depth within yourself.

What's important:
Being willing to look deeper into yourself. 

Indeed, in this section we go deep into our systemic being. 
Deeper than in the first part through new/adapted exercises and techniques.

  • Necessary that you decide to look deeply within as well as take responsibility for every part of yourself.
  • Wear loose fitting clothing and an extra pair of clothes if necessary. This is generally a movement workshop.
  • What to bring: drawing/painting paper, pencils, markers, etc.
  • A preparatory assignment and/or homework may be given.
