Prepared your questions and provide a recorder to record your session. Indeed, on the spot it is often more difficult to remember everything and it is an added value if you can listen to the recording several times afterwards. If you have questions prepared, you can concentrate better on asking side questions during the session. So set as many if you can supplemental questions. That way, you won't go home disappointed because you didn't take full advantage of your channeling moment. 

Understand that the 30-minute channeling session is often referred to as ‘intense’. This is because of how much information is brought to you and a higher intelligence with accompanying energy brings this information to you.
