Group classes and series<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>

Registration and payment<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Each registration is personal. Therefore, your class series cannot be taken over by someone else.<\/li>
  2. Exception to readmission place in the series is only in case of prolonged illness.<\/li>
  3. Minors are not admitted to classes.<\/li><\/ol>

    Pregnancy<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Pregnant women attend classes at their own risk. Please read point \u201cliability 2.<\/li>
    2. Women who have just given birth should let us know first. After an interview it can then be decided whether they can attend the classes yes\/no. If, despite a negative advice, they decide to join the class, this is entirely at their own risk. Read point \u201cliability 2.<\/li>
    3. As soon as a pregnancy is established, the student should immediately inform the instructor. Based on the information obtained, a mutual decision will be made on how to proceed.<\/li><\/ol>

      Illness and force majeure<\/strong><\/p>

      1. If a student is required by\u00a0force majeure and\/or illness\u00a0<\/strong>could not follow a lesson, it can be made up if a lesson is released in the whatsapp group set up for this purpose.\u00a0<\/li>
      2. If a student is required by\u00a0force majeure, and\/or illness<\/strong>\u00a0is not (or no longer) able to participate in the series.
        1. before the start of the series:<\/strong>\u00a050% return via voucher in your own name to be used on another series of Saskia Faelens BV within the same calendar year unless otherwise described on the voucher.<\/li>
        2. in the middle of the sequence:<\/strong>\u00a015% refund via voucher in own name to be used on another series of Saskia Faelens BV within the same calendar year unless otherwise described on the voucher.<\/li>
        3. To receive the voucher, the following must be met:
          1. force majeure: written letter with entire explanation.<\/li>
          2. illness: comprehensive report from all specialists. No personal written mail.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

            Trial lesson<\/strong><\/p>

            1. No refunds will be allowed for absence in a trial class or inability to attend.\u00a0<\/li>
            2. A trial class cannot be made up.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/div>

              Catch-up lesson<\/strong><\/p>

              1. In case of absence in a separately scheduled catch-up class, the non-participant pays 25 euros.<\/li>
              2. A catch-up class cannot be made up.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>

                Transfer to other class series\/loose lesson<\/strong><\/p>

                1. Only when the quality of the lessons can continue to be guaranteed.<\/li>
                2. An administrative fee of 15 euros will be charged for this.<\/li><\/ol>

                  Images<\/strong><\/p>

                  1. The video material provided with specific link is for the student's private use only.<\/li>
                  2. Any form of transmission, reproduction, distribution, etc. is prohibited and will be subject to criminal prosecution<\/li>
                  3. Saskia Faelens BV has the authority to remove the video material at all times.<\/li>
                  4. As soon as you register for a class series, you automatically give your agreement for video and photo recordings. Also your agreement for distribution on social media and\/or for commercial purposes.<\/li>
                  5. If a student does not wish to be shown in images, they should address a letter with this explicit request.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>

                    Cancellation, substitution and changes<\/strong><\/p>

                    1. \u2018Saskia Faelens BV\u2019 may cancel a series if there are too few students.<\/li>
                    2. \u2018Saskia Faelens BV\u2019 may cancel a series in case of force majeure.<\/li>
                    3. \u2018Saskia Faelens BV\u2019 may have a series replaced by another instructor.<\/li><\/ol>

                      Liability<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                      1. Consult your specialist first if you experience health problems.<\/li>
                      2. Participation in the lessons is at your own risk. \u2018Saskia Faelens BV\u2019 is in no case liable for consequences coming from open day, workshop, lesson, activity, etc.<\/li>
                      3. By signing up for a class series, class, workshop, healing, etc., you agree to the given terms and conditions.<\/li>
                      4. All visual and audio material from sessions, hangouts, channeling sessions, workshops and other individual and group activities at Saskia Faelens BV are strictly personal. In case of dissemination, compensation in the amount of 33 333 euros will be paid for the physical and\/or emotional damage caused. The compensation will be paid out and distributed to all parties suffering damages.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>

                        All 1-on-1 sessions (healing, channeling, counseling questions, ...)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                        1. If you do not attend the session without notice, there is no possibility of a refund of your payment.<\/li>
                        2. Late attendance (channeling 10 min and healing 15 min) means the session can no longer take place and there is no refund of your payment.\u00a0<\/li>
                        3. In case of non-attendance for part or all of the workshop, there is no possibility of catch-up or refund.\u00a0<\/li>
                        4. At cancellation\/relocation in the two weeks<\/span>\u00a0from the date of the session, there is the possibility of your place being taken by someone else wanted by Saskia Faelens BV. If replacement is found for the place, the administrative cost is 40 euro. This administrative cost will be transferred directly to a charity of your choice. Proof of deposit on date after cancellation\/replacement to be forwarded to hello@saskiafaelens.com. If no one is found, no refund of your payment is possible and you must schedule a new session.<\/li>
                        5. At cancellation<\/span> of the PT or session in the month and over a month<\/span> counting from your session, there is the possibility of a refund of half of your payment in the form of a voucher in your name. Valid for 3 months.\u00a0<\/li>
                        6. At relocation<\/span> of your PT or session more than 14 days before the date of the session, you pay 40 euros administrative fee. This administrative fee will be forwarded directly to a charity of your choice. Proof of deposit on date after cancellation\/transfer to hello@saskiafaelens.com.<\/li>
                        7. In case of illness, the customer should contact as soon as possible with legally valid doctor's bill: hello@saskiafaelens.com. If replacement is found for the place, the administrative cost is 40 euro. If no one is found, Saskia Faelens BV will take on half of the payment and provide a credit voucher for the customer worth half the cost price of the PT or session.\u00a0<\/li>
                        8. Vouchers are valid for 6 months after booking unless an extension was granted at the time of booking.<\/li>
                        9. \u2018Saskia Faelens BV\u2019 has at all times the right to cancel a session without giving further motivation.<\/li>
                        10. If the client does not show willingness to work with what is provided, the session may not continue and\/or continue and\/or have a follow-up session. No refund of payment is possible unless otherwise stipulated and reported in writing.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>

                          Voucher<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                          1. Each voucher is valid for exactly 6 months from the creation date (stated on the voucher). Unless otherwise stated on the voucher or a written extension is allowed.<\/li>
                          2. Only the person listed on the voucher may use the voucher.<\/li><\/ol>

                            Personal track and retreat<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                            1. Payment is made digitally immediately after the decision to follow the personal track or participate in the retreat.<\/li>
                            2. If payment in installment plan was authorized, 10% administrative fee will be charged.<\/li>
                            3. If payment in installment plan was allowed, 25% of the amount to be paid is considered a deposit. This will not be refunded in case of cancellation.<\/li>
                            4. Retreat: 3 months to be counted before the start of the retreat, no refund of payment is possible.<\/li>
                            5. Trajectory: 2 weeks to be counted before the start of the trajectory, no refund of payment is possible.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>
                            6. No refunds are possible at the start of the course or retreat.\u00a0<\/li>
                            7. If the client repeatedly shows no willingness to work with what is offered, this will result in the discontinuation of the personal program\/retreat. There is no refund of payment unless otherwise determined and written notice is given.<\/li><\/ol>

                              Personal track<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                              1. The duration of a personal track is fixed in advance and is changed only in exceptional cases.\u00a0<\/li>
                              2. If payment in installment plan was authorized, 10% administrative fee will be charged.<\/li>
                              3. Saskia BV has the authority to change the content of the course at all times.<\/li>
                              4. The specified conditions must be met before starting the track and\/or continuing the track:
                                * enrollment at 1 workshop
                                * enroll in one of the exercise classes offered
                                * Have done at least 1 healing 9 months prior to the course.\u00a0<\/li>
                              5. If circumstances prevent participation in the face to face interviews, everything will be forwarded via mail. The person will receive feedback on this via mail.<\/li>
                              6. Communication is only through the format and\/or formats agreed upon in advance.<\/li>
                              7. The consequences resulting from not providing the (requested) information in a timely manner are entirely the responsibility of the student.<\/li><\/ol>

                                Online Membership<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                                1. The duration of online membership is fixed in advance and is unchangeable.\u00a0<\/li>
                                2. Saskia BV has the authority at all times to change the content of the membership when meeting the delivery of the necessary monthly services to support.\u00a0<\/li>
                                3. The specified conditions must be met before starting online membership:
                                  * participation in at least 1 healing prior to participation membership
                                  * the period of relevant healing should be at most 3 months in the past.\u00a0
                                  * Exceptionally, written permission may be given during an already started membership to still book a healing session (within specified period) to fulfill the terms and conditions. There is no discount on this healing.\u00a0<\/li>
                                4. The specified conditions must be met to maintain participation in online membership:
                                  * participation in minimum 2 healing session or 1 healing session and 1 workshop the 4 months to be counted before the start of the new cycle of online membership.
                                  * exception, written permission may be granted during a new cycle of membership that has already started. This healing session or workshop will not receive a discount and will not be counted toward the terms for the first subsequent cycle of membership.<\/li>
                                5. If circumstances prevent participation in one of the online meetings\/activities, it cannot be made up.<\/li>
                                6. Communication is only through the format and\/or formats agreed upon in advance.<\/li>
                                7. The privacy of each member is respected according to established legislation.<\/li>
                                8. Members are not contacted personally. Unless they specifically give permission to do so.\u00a0<\/li>
                                9. If a member, with malicious intent or for the purpose of enriching his own professional activity and financial resources, contacts other members, he will be subject to criminal prosecution.\u00a0<\/li>
                                10. If a member brings negativity to the group and\/or attacks other members, they will be excluded from any membership and center activity.<\/li>
                                11. In case of cancellation 2 weeks before the start of membership, a refund of half of the membership fee is possible in the form of a voucher. See conditions \u2018voucher\u2019.<\/li>
                                12. For cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the membership, no refund is possible.<\/li>
                                13. Valid tem end April 2026: At the start of membership, each member will receive a discount code that can be used once per entry. If fraud is detected, the member will be immediately denied all access to the membership.\u00a0<\/li>
                                14. Valid from May 2026: At the start of membership, each member receives a discount code which they may use at all activities offered by Saskia Faelens BV. This discount code may be used a maximum of 1 time per booking on an activity. In case of fraud, no refund of all already made bookings is possible and all access to the center and activities will be denied.\u00a0<\/li>
                                15. All visual and audio material of the activities in the online membership of Saskia Faelens BV are strictly personal. In case of distribution, compensation in the amount of 33 333 euros will be paid for the physical and\/or emotional damage caused. The damages will be paid and distributed to all parties who have suffered damages below.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>

                                  Mailing List<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                                  1. With every booking on Saskia Faelens' website, you automatically sign up for the mailing list.\u00a0<\/li>
                                  2. If you do not wish to be automatically subscribed and do not wish to receive mailing, please send a mail with subject line \u2018unsubscribe mailing list\u2019 (no further information) to saskiafaelens@gmail.com. Consequently, you will no longer automatically subscribe to the mailing list for future bookings. If you still wish to subscribe to the mailing list, a questionnaire will be sent to you and a decision will be made whether or not to rejoin the list.<\/li><\/ol>

                                    Provision of space - rental space<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                                    1. The rooms are rented by the hour or part of the day. As soon as this hour\/part of the day is exceeded, an extra quarter of an hour will be charged. If this happens twice, the extra quarter-hour will be charged for the remaining period according to the agreement.\u00a0<\/li>
                                    2. If an extra compartment is rented in the closet, please respect the use of this compartment. Per extra compartment used, an extra compartment rental will automatically be charged for the remaining period according to the agreed agreement.\u00a0<\/li>
                                    3. The room is left as it was found. Yoga blocks sorted in the same place and according to type, mats in the same place, blankets rolled up in the box provided, no use of other place than what was agreed upon, etc.<\/li>
                                    4. Video and photo material taken from the space will not be used for commercial purposes. Unless explicit permission has been given.<\/li>
                                    5. If payment in installment plan was authorized, 10% administrative fee will be charged.<\/li><\/ol>

                                      Payment

                                        You agree to the terms and conditions as soon as you have registered for a personal training, personal program, session, therapy, activity, class series and\/or workshop with \u201cSaskia Faelens BV. You agree to the general terms and conditions as soon as you have made payment for the provision\/rental.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>
